The machine is a volumetric filling machine that works with a pneumatic system.The weight adjustment is easily adjusted and recorded with the dial and the numerator.

- It takes the product to be filled directly from the manufacturing boiler.

- Thanks to its high surface smoothness and argon welding technology, it prevents bacterial growth and contamination.

- Sealing elements are made of teflon, viton or polyethylene material depending on the chemical property and temperature of the material to be filled.

- The parts on the machine are connected to each other with tri-clamps.

- Nozzle, valve and filling piston are designed for easy cleaning. It can be easily disassembled without using any tools.

- Depending on the product, liquid, viscous or granular replaceable filling nozzles are available.

- There is a platform with drawers to put the packages during the filling process, this platform can be easily adjusted up and down according to the length of the package.

- The machine rests on a stainless steel frame supported by 4 wheels. Thanks to its wheels, it is ready to be filled easily and quickly.

- Table top and wheeled models are available.

- The machine works with 6 ATU compressed air. No electrical or electronic system is used in the machine.

MATERIALS USED IN THE MACHINE

- All surfaces touched by the product to be filled are 316 L quality stainless steel. The other outer surface, casing sheets and feet are 304 quality stainless steel and aluminum.

- FESTO brand pneumatic equipment (oil-free system)

OPERATING TEMPERATURE :

It can be filled from 5 ºC to 85 ºC with standard sealing gaskets, and above 90 C with sealing gaskets made of special material.
